1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MarconAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Platform is operated by the MarconAI team. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Authorised Access

Access to the Platform is restricted to authorised employees, contractors, and designated partners. Accounts are issued at MarconAI's sole discretion. You may not share your credentials or grant access to any third party. Unauthorised access or use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely for authorised business purposes. You must not:

• Upload documents containing confidential third-party information without proper authorisation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI models or proprietary logic
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent any security or access controls

4. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses AI to extract, process, and generate content. All AI-generated output — including extracted invoice data, Excel reports, and draft emails — must be reviewed and verified by an authorised person before being acted upon. MarconAI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

5. Data & Document Handling

Documents uploaded to the Platform are processed and stored on AWS infrastructure in the ap-northeast-2 (Seoul) region. Processed files are retained for operational purposes. Download links expire after 1 hour.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, workflows, AI prompt configurations, and related materials comprising the Platform are the intellectual property of the MarconAI team. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarconAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including reliance on AI-generated output. The Platform is provided "as is" for internal operational use.

8. Modifications

MarconAI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Korea.
